To cancel a sale:
- Open your sales overview on https://www.bonavendi.com/sell/sales.html- Navigate to the sale that you want to cancel
- Click on "Show all products" at the bottom
- Click on the "Cancel Sale" button below the item list
Note that this will only cancel the sale on your Bonavendi Sales Overview. If you have already confirmed the sale at the buyer's website, please reach out to him to confirm the cancelation there as well.
